The Byzantine Museum: a place for historical awareness and educational programmes

The programme started with a visit to the Byzantine Museum in Athens giving students the opportunity to see an important museum of our country and take part in an educational programme organized by the museum. With a full preparation before the visit and a working-sheet after the visit, we consider that students learned various things about the Byzantium and realised the importance of museums.
