In addition to the students, a short-term mobility of teachers was planned and carried out for the purpose of learning, teaching and training in Greece for five days through the following activities:

  4. ICT Workshop (working in Twin Space, creating a website, editing and processing of video materials, processing of photographs, creating quizzes of knowledge (Kahoot), graphic design basics (leaflets and posters, creating the logo). All of these workshops for returning teachers from Greece were integrated integrated into regular classes of language/media culture and free activities and continue to serve as preparatory activities for each mobility throughout the school year.
  5. An agreement was made on the timetables of activities (mobility calendar), project logotype design contest (it has been agreed that it will be developed by Greek students and then all schools will decide which one is the best), risk management, tasks to prepare before each mobility etc.

Tasks were distributed and each partner was given a special task to carry out throug the project. Spain will take care of the Facebook page and wo closed groups for teachers and students, Greeks will create website, Croatia will take care of publishing Newsletter twice per year and take care of the Mobility Tool and aluation sheets. As back up a Google Drive e opened for the use of the project and Finland will take care of it. Finnish team will also create quizzes based on cultural boxes sent by each partner about one month before mobility in ther country. Portuguese will help with processing of photos and videos that will be uploaded on TwinSpace.

Each partner at the first meeting  presented their schools, motivation, and resources they need to carry out project activities. During the workshop teachers transfered knowledge and informations to each other. All the teachers present at this meeting have been obliged to apply learned skills during the workshops in their own school. In that way they will introduce new methods in the everyday teaching of languages, history, geography, and art and apply them in the preparations and during the duration of any short mobility in the future.  Teachers will, depending on the subject they teach, work on creating brochures, quizzes, and accompanying teaching material. Likewise, the workshops will encourage them to cooperate with other teachers in their own school, spreading knowledge and developing a collaborative atmosphere. Before and after mobility two eTwinning projects were open: C.H.A.N.G.E (Cultural Heritage and Nutrition in Global Environment) and Oldies but Goldies that deals with different customs of partners countries.
